Professional Photographer Photo Booth

The FINE print on photo booth rentals

* Delivery: Delivery, Set-up, and Take-down are included in the price. You tell us where you want the photo booth, and we’ll do the rest!

* Required Items: We require a space of 10 x 10 feet for our photo booths. We also require a 3-prong electrical outlet located within 6 feet of the photo booth space. 

* Internet: Access to wireless internet is required for instant sharing of digital photos, available with our touch-screen booth. We can operate without the internet, however photos will not be shared with guests until after the event, within 48 hours. 

* Photo Booth Concierge: At least one onsite team member will be present during the entire event to guide your guests and answer any questions along the way. If you have purchased our V.I.P Photo Booth Package, you will also have a professional photographer present to take photos.

*Online Gallery: All photos taken by our photo booths will be available in an online album within 48 hour of the event. Downloads are unlimited and free. The online album will be accessible for up to 1 month. A link will be shared with the event host after the event. Our touch-screen booth also as the ability to instantly share the album link with guests after they take photos at the booth. 

* Props & Backgrounds: We offer an assortment of props and backgrounds, included in the price of our booth. Please note, our premium backgrounds will incur an additional $100 fee. We also offer hand-made backgrounds for an additional $200. See our Backdrop page for more details!

* Custom Photo Frames: We have an assortment of pre-designed photo frames to choose from. You can alter the text of any of these pre-designed frames to include your selected event name/date.   For an additional fee, our graphic designers can incorporate ANY color, logo, or design you’d like.  Once your event is reserved, our designers will contact you to discuss the options.

* Travel Fee: We are based out of San Antonio, but can travel to events in the Central Texas area. Any events outside the San Antonio city limits will incur a travel fee. Please contact us for a travel fee quote.

* Deposit: We require a $100 deposit to reserve the photo booth on the date of your event. This deposit is payable toward your final amount due. You can cancel and get your full deposit back up to 1 week before the event.

* Contract: A contract will be sent to you before we make the final cost official, so you can rest assured that everyone is on the same page.

* Travel Fee: While we are based out of San Antonio, we love to travel to events within the greater central Texas area! Any events outside the San Antonio city limits will incur a travel fee.  Please contact us for a quote on the travel fee.

* Deposit: We require a $50 deposit to reserve your flower wall rental on the date of your event. This deposit is payable toward your final amount due. You can cancel and get your full deposit back up to 1 week before the event.

* Contract: A contract will be sent to you before we make the final cost official, so you can rest assured that everyone is on the same page.
